In my world the sky is blue
under Arizona skies.
In your world the sky is gray
another blustery, cold, cold day.
Put on your boots and coat and hat
prepare for the long cold trek.
Think of me here, my blue outside,
sunroof open, smiling, driving to the Mexico tide.
Sun glasses, tanning lotion,
singing as I drive.
You walk through drifts of endless snow
with the forceful wind continuing to blow.
Come to me, here, share my blue sky
leave your coat and hat behind.
Come to me, here, let's lie on the beach
with icy, margarita's just in reach.
