The things that don’t feel right
Going down the wrong road
Change the course of my life
Contemplating my actions
The actions that steer me forward
Trying to take the safe path
Trying not to get hurt
Each new situation
Future is unclear
Praying for the guidance
Consequences could be severe
You are a temptation
I may not be able to resist
You are chipping at the wall
My wall of self preservation
