The day was almost perfect
Till that last message from you
Deleted means a lot of things

Deleted as in it’s over
Deleted as in you are wrong
Deleted left unanswered

I read what you write
I take some to heart
This is one of them

Many questions left
As I end this day
Deleted, depleted, defeated!
